Member Portal login changes

We have migrated our authentication system to Microsoft Azure AD B2C to provide a unified, secure and streamlined login experience across all our websites.

Information about Microsoft Azure AD B2C.

What will I need to do?

Depending on how you originally set up your account with VRF or IFRS, you may need to take different steps to retain access to the IFRS Sustainability Alliance Member Portal, and other IFRS properties. Please review the scenarios below to understand what action, if any, that you may need to take.

Scenarios

  • If you’re unsure of how your account was setup: go through the password reset process to restore access.
  • If you originally created an account on ifrs.org: you do not need to do anything to be able to log in with Azure B2C.
  • If you had an account on both ifrs.org and the IFRS Sustainability Alliance using the same email: you can log in with the username/password you had originally used on ifrs.org.
  • If you had an account on both ifrs.org and the IFRS Sustainability Alliance using different emails: you can log in with the username/password you had originally used on ifrs.org. Please contact us to merge your two accounts.
  • If you did not have an account on ifrs.org, but previously had an account for the IFRS Sustainability Alliance: you will need to reset your password. Once you get to the login screen, please follow the reset password flow with your original email. Once you have reset your password you will be able to log in.
  • If you did not have an account on ifrs.org, but previously had access to the IFRS Sustainability Alliance and have not logged in for over 24 months: your account may have been disabled. Please contact us to re-enable access.

Access to the IFRS Sustainability Alliance Member Portal
